The key to our work in Kenya is the staff working for the Upendo Foundation, our Kenyan partner. It is their expertise and training which enables community groups to be trained, equipped and looked after properly for a sustainable future. We are therefore asking all potential donors to consider making a donation to Amani UK so that we can provide funds to Upendo to support their staff

DONATION POLICY

100% of donations given to support our work in Kenya is spent in Kenya. A small percentage of each specifically designated donation is used to cover the local delivery cost related to the donation. Unless Amani UK is specifically requested not to do so, the gift aid reclaimed on designated donations is used to cover the operating costs in Kenya such as staff salaries, community group support etc.
